I am an experienced IT expert and strategic consultant with 20 years of leadership experience. Specialized in building and developing software and IT operations teams as well as leading large-scale migration and development projects. Strong focus on agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hybrid project management approaches. Additionally, an expert in building and developing high-performing teams and designing hybrid and fully remote work structures and processes.
